Office Support Clerk

Our client is currently seeking an Office Support Clerk. This is a full time, temporary to permanent position. The hours are 8:30 am -5:00 pm Monday-Friday. The pay rate is up to $15/hour based on qualifications. 

Responsibilities for the Office Assistant role include: 

  • Entering and processing customer orders
  • Answering phones effectively and courteously
  • Addressing customer inquiries for service and sales
  • General office tasks as needed 

Qualifications and requirements include: 

  • Previous office experience is required
  • Must have experience with an accounting software
  • Good computer skills including knowledge of MS Office
  • Must be reliable and very trustworthy
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Must be extremely well-organized and detail oriented 
  • Ability to pass a Background Check
